My Good Friday boy had his eighth birthday party yesterday. Admittedly, his birthday often falls through the cracks. He’s my seventh of eight children whose birthday falls in the midst of Easter hubbub. This was his first birthday party with friends:)
I invited my talented colleague, Dave Ricklin, host of The Original Game Show Live and Isaiah’s second grade class from Runneymede Elementary to join in the festivities. Wow. Dave does an amazing job engaging kids, teaching sportsmanship, and making kids feel confident and successful. I booked him on a double bill and invited my friends over for a second round of adult fun. And YES, it was so much fun!!
I love my life. Did I mention? I love my hardbeautiful life.
Special thank you to Joe Dressel for taking photos so I could be in the moment and to Tim, Will and Carl Freundel for helping run off the sugar high in the back yard.
