Monkton Engagement Session: Amy + Brian

A well timed parting of ways woke them up in the best way. After a six month hiatus, they sat across the table from each other sharing their hearts and epiphanies. The deal was sealed.  Amy and Brian wasted no time hopping back on the sidewalk where they stroll each day, accepting their adventures with a wink and a smile.

I relished my initial meeting with them on a gray and rainy March Saturday.   Sipping coffee in the back room of our local shop, I watched their connection light up the room.   She supports his penchant for cutting edge photography, listening carefully to his passions and keeping mental Christmas lists. He adores her eye for design and embraces her passion for glass blowing, painting, collecting antique china . . . the list goes on for Amy is a creative, passionate woman who found her creative, passionate man.

They love their kiddos in a full, free way.

Last evening, we enjoyed a late summer sunset chasing the golden light in the most incredible field of sunflowers in Monkton.

Amy and Brian, I am so excited to shoot your winter wedding on South Mountain, and am pretty sure that we will be in full adventure mode. I’m pulling for a gorgeous, glistening sparkly backdrop with all of us snowed in on the mountain top.  You two are beautiful, inside and out.
